Tomorrow begins the Lenten season and is Ash Wednesday. Not all Protestant Churches celebrate the beginning of Lent or Ash Wednesday, but my Church does.
The ashes for Ash Wednesday come from the burning of the Palms from Palm Sunday the year before. Palm Sunday is the Sunday before Easter when Jesus rode though Jerusalem on the back of a donkey to cheers and well wishes and His disciples walked beside Him. Little did the disciples know before the week was out Jesus would be tortured, cruxified and laid to rest in His tomb, only to Arise again on Easter Sunday.
These next 6 weeks are the most Holy Weeks of any Protestant or Catholic Churches.

I don't know where you live Dog but in my town there are about 10 Catholic Churches for different nationalities.

This is probably going to come back to haunt me, but I have to ask: I keep reading here things like: the church is Jesus bride, Jesus loves his church, and Jesus died for his church. Where is this belief coming from? Jesus didn't even have a church when he walked the earth.

I'll try Lets. Jesus died for us Lets, not the Church. There was no Church when Jesus lived. He did instruct His disciples to go forth and Baptise the Jews. Not the Gentiles. And He charged Peter and Paul to build His Church and He would be the Foundation and Rock of the Church. And he wasn't talking about a building Lets. And as far as I can tell from reading He never indicated any difference between the Churches. The fact that Peter made himself Pope of the Catholic Church it's assumed the Catholic Church was the 1st Church. And a lot of the teachings of the Catholic Church come from the Jewish forefathers who were Baptisted in Jesus and became Christian.
That being said I know your not interested in reading the Bible but there is loads of information about this topic in World History. There are many things unsaid in the Bible that are pretty clear when you begin at the beginning in World History.
The Bible was translated from Hebrew to English by King James.

All protestant churches are made by men.. NOT one is made by Jesus!
All protestant churches came along at least sixteen hundred years AFTER Jesus formed his Holy Catholic Church with Pope and Bishops!!

If you misinterpret so much information here, I can only imagine how much of the bible you misinterpret. I would explain to you what Draggy meant but I think you would just come back with a quote from a scripture so I'm not going to waste my time.

He doesn't undertand the English language Split. Churches refers to the buildings. Church's refers to those things and people who belong to a Church. And there are 10 different Catholic Churches in my immediate area serving different nationalities and there are more than 10 nationalities living in my area. They each have congregations of approx 2600 families. Christians are of all nationalitites.
I'm not sure where he got Lutheran, Anglican out of what I said. I said Catholic. Pretty clear to me.

She is wrong.. All Catholic Churches no matter what language they speak are all still Catholic!

You are wrong that is not what she said. I get where you are trying to go with it. You say because she is a protestant that she is not catholic or a true christian or whatever. We get your point. All she was pointing out was that different nationalities, hence different language speaking people meet at churches that cater to their language/nationality. They are still catholic. Now whether you chose to believe that they are or aren't is your battle, that is not what she was stating or her argument. You just want it to appear that way.
