    Old people and ....... driving

Today I'm really annoyed of old people and driving their cars or riding their bikes.

Had to be alot on the road today and I got angry more than one time at those shitty old people trying to driver their car on the road but they sadly fail at that. Turning way too slow or suddenly they stop in the middle of the road and just do nothing

And then those grandpa's with their bike, suddenly they appear on the road and just without 'saying' it they go from right to left and back again grrrrr

Take them of the street NOW !!!!!

We almost got into an accident yesterday. We were leaving from my grandmother and then a car was coming behind us really fast. It was a heavy turn and the car started going past us, well another car comes from behind the turn and if Pete had not breaked, that moron would have hit us. And guess who it was? It was a 75 year old woman driving like 120km/h on a 60km/h area. And we tried to catch her to break her mirrors or something, but she went too fast. And I told Pete not to go fast

It was literally a matter of 1 meter that she got infront of us and didn't hit anyone.

I know it will effect me someday but I think 65 if just about the oldest someone should be out driving. Hell over here they mail you the renewal for your drivers license and you can just fill it out and mail it in and they will mail you a new one.

In fact I know a 90 year old man that still drives. He even drives a dump truck still to this day. There is no way his reaction time can be fast enough to make him a safe driver.

My Grandma is 80 and drives my little cousins to and from school. She seems fine to me.

Yes but like I said when you get older your reaction time slows.

It can make the difference when somebody pulls out in front of you or an animal runs out and startles you. Better to be safe then sorry.

Mhm, but she has managed to miss a few jerks, like one time she was picking up one of my cousins from school and a guy pulled out in front of her. first words from my cousin's mouth when she got out of the car "We almost died!" She's always dramatic. Her reaction timing is fine, not sure how long that will last though, I mean she is a farmer dealing with livestock, and well cows and sheep are pretty dumb and you have to be fast sometimes. And sometimes it just can't be helped. lol I can never help but laugh when she falls or something, of course after I know she's okay, but it's just hilarious.

As a woman of age myself I take exception to this post...lol! I drive just fine thank you very much and no I don't drive too slow, drive too fast or stop in the middle of the road. But guess what...I have also seen young people do that so I don't think it is a label you should apply to "all" old people. Some people are just bad drivers regardless of their age...I'm just saying.

As a professional Truck driver, dodging suicidal 4-wheelers all day for a living . In my experience it's the younger drivers that are the most dangerous. I can easily go around someone that drives too slow,. And I can anticipate someone stopping because I expect it and pay attention. But it's when people get in hurry and pass on the right or cut across traffic to take an exit that it gets very dangerous.
