Thread: Why won't ,y car start when it is wet

When my car sits out in the rain all night it will not start up the next day. But when it dries up it runs fine. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

There must be something in the switch. Not knowing the model of the car hard to tell. I will tell you I wash my car under the hood and it never fails to start. Maybe you could try cleaning everything under the hood and see if that works.
