I would have to say that is one of my favorite things to eat. I'm sure a quick search on Google will bring up what your looking for!

I buy the Jello Cheesecake mix. Follow the instructions then when it's set, add the berries of any kind you like or even chocolate.

I often make plain one or with blueberry or the more like sponge cake (cheese).

    Plain cheesecake

    base:
    225g digestives/cookies
    50g butter

    700g cream cheese
225g caster sugar - I usu make with 70% sugar rather than 100%
    3 eggs
    275ml whipping cream
freshfruit or the berries filling/topping as you like - optional, to be mix in latest.

    1. in a food processor, blend the digestives/cookies with softened butter.
    2. Press the mixture into a 9" (23cm) mould, use the fingers to make sure the mixture stick to the wall so that it won't leak. Refrigerate the mould if you like.

    3. In a standmixer bowl, use paddle (flat beater) to beat the creamcheese and sugar (room temp.) at low speed (KitchenAid power 3 or 4) until smooth.
    4. Add the eggs, one at a time, blend well.
    5. Add whipping cream.
Do not overbeat the cheese. You may want to sift the cheese before pouring it into the mould.
    6. Pour the cheese into the prepared mould, bake @150 degrees Celsius in 30 minutes.
Leave inside the oven to cool.
Refrigerate before taking out of the mould.

    * You can replace 700 cream cheese with 500g cream cheese and 200g cottage)
** With New York Cheese Cake you usu add some lemon rind and juice, 1 tsp and 1 tbsp respectively, into the mixture and top the cake with sour cream (1 cup ~ 240ml + 2 tbsp sugar or icing sugar plus 1 tsp vanilla essence - optional, for many do not like vanilla flavour.)

As far as I know dreammaker your post wasn't moderated. Some times the posts depending on the length are a little slow to appear.

and the taste was not good. I'm not going to try once again. :P
