Thread: Anyone watch animes anymore?

I remember when anime shows were always on TV but nowadays there doesn't seem to be any. I quite enjoyed them and now the only way I can really watch them is on youtube or some anime site. So does anyone here watch animes?

I honestly haven't watched animes for a long time now but my husband does and is constantly looking forward to new episodes for his favorite anime shows. Among his favorites are One Piece, Bleach and Naruto. Sometimes, I watch animes with him online and we really enjoy it, together with the kids.

Oh yeah, I love anime and so does my husband. We enjoy watching it together and finding new ones we like. Our absolute favorite is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Some other ones I like are Ouran HS Host Club and Elfen Lied. He likes Dragonball Z. The newest one I have been recommended is Honey and Clover but I haven't been able to get ahold of the english dubs yet

I'm really into anime and have been for a long while. I think the latest one I've watched is called Durarara, which comes on Cartoon Network during adult swim on Sundays. From what I've seen of it, it really isn't half bad. But yeah, watch a bit of anime still.

I watch 'em all the time... Have to be subbed though, because apart from DBZ, the Japanese voice acting is much better than the English version.

I've always wanted to ask anime people. What draws you to it? Is it the sexiness in the way the characters are drawn? The story?

Personally, for me, it's the story and the drawings. The drawing pulls me in, but the stories keep me hooked.
